Five Indians were detained, after they tried to illegally cross the Moldovan-Romanian border
Five Indians aged between 19-35 were detained after they tried to illegally cross the Moldovan-Romanian border. The incident happened last night, November 17, around 22:45, in the direction of the "Ungheni - Ungheni-Prut" localities.
According to the Border Police, they tried to cross the state border, from the Republic of Moldova to Romania, clandestinely. Indian nationals did not have identity documents on them.
The border police are investigating the case.
