Two years since the Russian invasion of Ukraine // Parliament hosts an exhibition of children's drawings dedicated to peace
During the month of February, when it is two years since the war started by Russia in Ukraine, the Parliament is hosting the thematic exhibition of children's drawings "Formula of peace in the art of children in Ukraine and around the world".
According to the Legislative, the exhibition contains almost 200 drawings, made by 200 children from the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, aged between 4 and 18, from art schools and centers for refugees in the country.
Through their creations, the children rendered peace as they understand it. The drawings were made as part of the International Project "Peace Formula in the Art of Children from Ukraine and around the world", initiated by the Charity Foundation "Lviv Children's Gallery" from Ukraine, with the support of the International Women's Club of Moldova and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Moldova.
The Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Moldova, Marko Shevchenko, and his wife, Olesea Shevchenko, were present at the opening event of the exhibition.
