The charred bodies of two people, discovered in the "National" Hotel building
The law enforcement officers found the bodies of two people, following a fire this weekend, in the "Național" Hotel building. It would be about homeless men, spotted by IGSU employees during the location and liquidation of the fire. Medical examiners were called to the scene, who did not find any signs of violent death when examining the bodies.
Later, they were transported to the Forensic Medicine Center to determine the cause of death. Police officers are taking the necessary steps to establish the identity of the men, and an investigation has been launched. Previously, the local authorities issued a permit for the demolition of the building and requested the company that manages the "National" Hotel, left in disrepair for many years, to limit the access of homeless people.
