Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey will sign a Memorandum of Understanding for demining the Black Sea
The Ministers of Defense of Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey will sign today, in Istanbul, the Memorandum of Understanding for demining the Black Sea, informs the Ministry of National Defense of Romania. The action is only a first step towards a permanent NATO naval presence in the Black Sea, desired by Romania, which would ensure security in the region, including for vulnerable partners such as the Republic of Moldova, reads the Karadeniz Press portal.
