This is the statement made by the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Vladimir Cuc, during the program "Paralela 47" on Radio Moldova. He noted that progress had been made in the reform of the justice system, the electoral system and in the prevention of organised crime.
