After a two-year break, kidney transplants were resumed in the Republic of Moldova
In the Republic of Moldova, kidney transplants have resumed, after a break of over two years, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The first three interventions were performed by a multidisciplinary team, composed of urologists, nephrologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists-reanimatologists, nurses from the operating room, of the "Timofei Moșneaga" Republican Clinical Hospital.
